The receptionnist was very nice, helpful and supportive. A real pleasure in this losy suburb. Rooms are huge. Silence.

The beds were okay, and most of the receptionists were friendly.
The room was very basic and indeed quite dirty.Although it had been Vacuumed and the beds made nicely. There were four spiders with webs ,smudged marks all over the bathroom floor, hairs in the shower etc.The decor looked like it was from the 1960,s and has never been updated.Breakfast was poor as well, toast , waffle or cornflakes. Although it was a low cost hotel , it was still overpriced for what you got. I have stayed in hotels all over the world including some very poor countries , but this has to be in the bottom 3.

Free of charge and hot breakfasts with bagels and toast, for example provided by the attentive staff. Very good service, parking outside. Friendly reception. Location next to the Kennedy subway station from there, the zoo in the morning and downtown and most of Toronto's tourist sites. Nearby Sofi's Mexican Grill - great place to chill out.

Clean place, nothing fancy, but does the job. Great location, just a stone's throw away from the city vibes. 🏙️ the staff here are super helpful and polite.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, TV, WiFi, Electric Kettle and air condition worked perfectly.
There was a refrigerator in the room which was not in operation and wet inside. The breakfast area can at best be called "functional".

hotel was borderline..........area would not recommend....we grew up in the vicinity and we were completely disappointed at the filth of the area and surrounding businesses. Hojo should remove their co sponsorship from this location. No matter how much capital is spent on upgradinhg the location the surrounding area is a cess pool.

The room offered was recently renovated with 2 double beds and a microwave, which I really enjoyed, and the breakfast selection was top-notch.

Good, basic hotel - clean and safe.
You need a car. It is at least an hour by public transportation into the city center. There are few services (food, entertainment, ...) within walking distance of the hotel.

Those two black guys at the front desk were giving a perfect customer service! The room really impressed me. It was nice and clean. We were really happy there was a free parking and free wi-fi. The price of the room was also cheap.
